Industrial water chillers adopt this refrigeration method,<br \/>\nand the principle of vapor compression refrigeration cycle is realized in this<br \/>\nway.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\n\t<span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\n\t<span>Fill the industrial water chiller with the<br \/>\nrefrigeration medium in a sealed system. After the liquid working fluid is<br \/>\nthrottled and depressurized by the throttling device, it will vaporize and<br \/>\nabsorb heat at the middle pressure in the evaporator to become low-temperature<br \/>\nand low-pressure steam, and then pass through the compressor. Adiabatic<br \/>\ncompression into high temperature and high pressure steam, liquefaction in the<br \/>\ncondenser to release heat, and then enter the throttling device, thus<br \/>\ncompleting a refrigeration cycle.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\n\t<span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\n\t<span>2. Absorption refrigeration cycle.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\n\t<span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\n\t<span>The absorption refrigeration cycle utilizes<br \/>\nthe heat energy provided by the heat source to make the working medium<br \/>\ncirculate. Its working principle is as follows: it replaces the compressor with<br \/>\ncomponents such as absorber and generator, and uses two working mediums. The<br \/>\nworking medium with low boiling point is called refrigerant The high boiling<br \/>\npoint working fluid is called absorbent, and the functions and principles of<br \/>\nother components are basically the same as the vapor compression refrigeration<br \/>\ncycle.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\n\t<span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\n\t<span>There are two loops in the absorption<br \/>\nrefrigeration cycle of industrial water chillers. Its working process is: after<br \/>\nthe liquid refrigerant is throttled and reduced by the throttling device, it<br \/>\nevaporates and absorbs heat at the middle pressure in the evaporator and<br \/>\nbecomes low-pressure, low-temperature refrigerant vapor. After entering the<br \/>\nabsorber, it is strongly absorbed by the absorbent to form a high-concentration<br \/>\nrefrigerant solution and release heat of dissolution.
