Das Hochtemperatur- und Hochdruck-K\u00e4ltemittelgas durchl\u00e4uft nach der Verdichtung durch den Verdichter den \u00d6labscheider, der das bei der Verdichtung mitgef\u00fchrte K\u00e4ltemaschinen\u00f6l abscheidet, und tritt dann in den Verfl\u00fcssiger ein, wo es durch W\u00e4rmeaustausch mit der Umgebungsluft oder dem K\u00fchlwasser von einem Gas mit hoher Temperatur und hohem Druck in eine Fl\u00fcssigkeit mit hohem Druck und normaler Temperatur umgewandelt wird. Die Hochdruck-Normaltemperatur-K\u00e4ltemittelfl\u00fcssigkeit wird durch einen Filter getrocknet und dann durch ein Expansionsventil gedrosselt und drucklos gemacht, d.h. von einer Hochdruckfl\u00fcssigkeit zu einer Niederdruckfl\u00fcssigkeit. Die Niederdruckfl\u00fcssigkeit (mit niedrigerem Siedepunkt) gelangt in den Verdampfer des Ger\u00e4ts, und die K\u00fchlluft wird durch die Umluft in das Innere des Tanks geleitet, um eine K\u00fchlung zu erreichen.<\/span><br><br><span white-space:normal=\"\" style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px;\">Das Frostschutzmittel wird in den 80-Liter-Druckbeh\u00e4lter eingespritzt, und es wird ein vollst\u00e4ndig geschlossenes Zirkulationssystem verwendet. Dadurch wird vermieden, dass das Frostschutzmittel mit der Au\u00dfenluft in Ber\u00fchrung kommt, und die Kondensation des Wassers gew\u00e4hrleistet. Nachdem das Ausdehnungsgef\u00e4\u00df durch Stickstoff gesch\u00fctzt ist, wird auch der Temperaturbereich der W\u00e4rmetr\u00e4gerfl\u00fcssigkeit erweitert, da ihr Siedepunkt erh\u00f6ht wird. Au\u00dferdem wird die Oxidation der W\u00e4rmetr\u00e4gerfl\u00fcssigkeit bei Kontakt mit dem Sauerstoff der Umgebung vermieden, wodurch sich die Lebensdauer der W\u00e4rmetr\u00e4gerfl\u00fcssigkeit
