Une ou deux m\u00e9thodes dans le processus d'adsorption ou de condensation, ou la conversion du p\u00e9trole et du gaz de l'\u00e9tat gazeux \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat liquide, puis en essence, pour atteindre les objectifs de recyclage. En am\u00e9liorant le taux d'utilisation de l'\u00e9nergie et en r\u00e9duisant les pertes \u00e9conomiques, elle permet d'obtenir des avantages consid\u00e9rables.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align:center;\">\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tw.lneya.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/1040.jpg\" alt=\"\">\n<\/div>\n<p>\nLe petit syst\u00e8me de liqu\u00e9faction par condensation du gaz de Wuxi Guanya LNEYA est utilis\u00e9 pour refroidir le gaz (non corrosif) ou le condensat et le r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer sous forme de gaz non corrosif.<br \/>\nLe syst\u00e8me d'\u00e9change de chaleur \u00e0 gaz a une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la pression de 25 bars ; la plage de temp\u00e9rature va de -40\u00b0C \u00e0 -75\u00b0C, ce qui permet de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes temp\u00e9ratures ; l'utilisation interne de r\u00e9frig\u00e9rants respectueux de l'environnement ; l'utilisation de la technologie de sous-refroidissement secondaire, le refroidissement rapide, la limite de temp\u00e9rature basse.<\/p>\n<p>Compresseur \u00e0 piston semi-ferm\u00e9 de marque import\u00e9e, compresseur flexible \u00e0 spirale, compresseur \u00e0 piston enti\u00e8rement ferm\u00e9, les principales marques sont Duling, Taikang, Emerson ; l'\u00e9vaporateur utilise un \u00e9changeur de chaleur \u00e0 carter, de petite taille, \u00e0 long temps de s\u00e9jour, \u00e0 haute efficacit\u00e9 ;<br \/>\nUtiliser un ensemble complet de commandes \u00e0 froid import\u00e9es (r\u00e9gulateur de pression DANFOSS, vanne d'\u00e9quilibrage, vanne d'expansion, \u00e9lectrovanne, filtre sec, s\u00e9parateur d'huile Emerson, voyant ALCO, clapet anti-retour, etc ;)<br \/>\nL'utilisation d'un d\u00e9tendeur Danfoss, d'un d\u00e9tendeur \u00e9lectronique Emerson, permet de contr\u00f4ler la temp\u00e9rature avec une grande pr\u00e9cision ;<br \/>\nIl adopte le PLCS7-200\/300PLC de Siemens et l'\u00e9cran tactile LNEYA pour effectuer des op\u00e9rations de contr\u00f4le automatique, et dispose de l'affichage de la courbe de temp\u00e9rature, de l'enregistrement de la temp\u00e9rature sur disque U, de l'enregistrement des alarmes de d\u00e9faillance ;<br \/>\nL'ensemble de la machine est install\u00e9, le syst\u00e8me a \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9 en usine et l'utilisateur n'a plus qu'\u00e0 installer la tuyauterie de r\u00e9frig\u00e9rant et la tuyauterie d'eau de refroidissement pour achever l'op\u00e9ration ;<br \/>\nEssai en usine : Chaque groupe frigorifique est test\u00e9 en usine avec une charge d'au moins 12 heures.<\/p>\n<div style=\"white-space:nowrap;\">\n\t\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>During the process of loading and unloading gasoline and refueling vehicles, and collecting high-concentration gas from the chemical plant.
