Explosion-proof hot and cold machine winter maintenance instructions
When the explosion-proof type hot and cold integrated machine is used at the end of the day or when it is not used by the standby, be sure to disconnect the cooling water connection pipe, clean the remaining cooling water in the pipe, and store it in a dry place to prevent freezing and expansion. Damage to machine parts (such as coolers, pumps, connecting copper pipes). The method of removing residual water is as follows:
1. The water sequence series needs to disconnect the cooling water and hot water inlet and outlet pipes and open the corresponding ball valve. Take the air gun to the hot water (outlet) inlet and let the residual medium inside the system discharge from the cooling water inlet (cooling) The water outlet is discharged from the inlet due to the electromagnetic valve. It is determined that there is no water in the pipeline and it can be stopped.
2. The standard explosion-proof type hot and cold integrated machine needs to disconnect the connecting pipe of the cooling water inlet and outlet, open the ball valve and let the machine be in a cooling state. When the cooling electromagnetic valve is opened, take the air gun and blow it into the cooling water inlet to make it from the water outlet. Discharge, determine that there is no water in the pipeline and then stop.
Kindly note, please be sure to disconnect the cooling water connection pipe when the equipment is not in use, and clean the remaining cooling water/heat transfer oil in the pipe, and store it in a dry place.
