\n\tThe installation procedures of water
\nchiller include:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t1. During installation, please check
\nwhether the machine is damaged and select a suitable place for installation and
\nfuture maintenance. The site for installing the unit must be the floor or
\ninstallation pad, with a levelness within 6.4mm, and can bear the operating
\nweight of the unit.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t2. The chiller shall be placed in the
\nmachine room with room temperature of 4.4-43.3 <\/span>\u2103, and there shall be enough space around and above the unit for
\ndaily maintenance.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t3. At one end of the unit, a pipe
\nextraction space for cleaning the condenser tube bundle shall be reserved, and
\ndoor holes or other holes at appropriate positions can also be used.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t4. Select water pipes with appropriate pipe
\ndiameter, cooling system and cold water system when the unit operates at
\nmaximum power, and connect them correctly.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t5. For ordinary applications, the water
\nflow velocity through the evaporator and condenser is allowed to be between
\n1.0-3.6m\/s.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t6. The water flow shall be stable under any
\nload.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t7. All cooling water pipes shall be
\ndesigned and installed according to the conventional method. The chilled water
\npump shall be located on the inlet pipe of the chiller to ensure the positive
\npressure and flow in the unit. When piping, damping pipes shall be set to
\nensure proper elasticity, and prevent the water in the evaporator from being
\ndrained when the water pump stops.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t8. The pipeline shall be firmly supported
\nindependent of the chiller to avoid stress on the components of the chiller.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t9. In order to reduce noise and vibration,
\nit is better to install vibration isolator on the pipeline.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t10. In order to use the chiller
\neconomically and effectively, it is recommended to invite water treatment
\nexperts to analyze the water supply quality of evaporator and condenser. Poor
\nwater quality will cause scale, affect heat transfer, or produce corrosion
\nprecipitation, affect the performance of the unit and increase operation and
\nmaintenance costs.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t11. Generally speaking, proper water
\ntreatment and regular cleaning can maintain its good performance.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t12. Please install a filter at the inlet of
\nthe water pipe and clean it regularly.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t13. After leak test, all nozzle openings
\nmust be treated with rust prevention.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t14. In order to facilitate daily
\nmaintenance, the user can take some (or all) of the following measures: the
\npressure gauge and stop valve with cock can be installed on the inlet and
\noutlet pipes of cooling water and chilled water, close to the chiller as far as
\npossible;<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tLifting rails and beams can be erected
