1. Circular jacket inlet and outlet interface
We mainly use flange interfaces for the inlet and outlet of the circulating medium in the jacket glass reactor, which avoids the disadvantages of using pagoda interfaces that can easily cause resistance and affect the flow rate of the circulating medium. The high-speed flowing liquid can also form a force on the glass, which in turn forms pressure on the jacket.
2. Internal coil
The jacket glass reaction kettle refrigeration heating cycle thermostat accessory can also serve as an auxiliary heating or cooling function, without affecting the amplification of the stirring paddle, and is easy to disassemble and clean, and can be replaced for use.
3. Insulation measures
The use of the outer insulation sleeve of the jacket glass reactor body and the insulation sleeve of the circulating medium pipeline can effectively reduce the heat exchange between the equipment and the external air, thereby improving the speed of temperature rise and fall, and avoiding the selection of equipment with higher power and price.
The area of contact between the jacket glass reaction kettle and air is large, and the speed of temperature rise and fall cannot be sacrificed due to the requirement for visualization of the reaction process. Choosing an outer insulation jacket with a visible window can solve this contradiction
When the jacket glass reaction kettle adopts a three-layer design, the outer jacket is vacuumed and sealed to form a vacuum interlayer, which has a good reaction and insulation effect. Moreover, at low temperatures, there is no water mist or frost on the surface of the outer glass, and the reaction is clearly visible; When the outer glass surface is not hot at high temperatures, it can avoid the risk of scalding.
