The battery is tested for stability and safety in a high temperature chamber with natural convection or forced ventilation.
The double-layer high and low temperature chamber is a high and low temperature test device for explosive samples. It is currently mainly used in the new energy battery industry. It can directly complete high and low temperature charging and discharging, or high and low temperature storage, for battery cells, modules, and PACKs in the test chamber. 自動車用バッテリーパックの高温・低温試験に不凍システムを提供することができ、高温・低温ショック用の冷凍・暖房システムとしても使用できる。
ダブルレイヤー高温低温チャンバーは、パワー電池サンプルの高温低温試験装置として使用されます。現在、主に新エネルギー電池業界で使用されています。電池セル、モジュール、PACKの高温・低温充放電を直接試験室内で行うことができ、また高温・低温を保存することもできます。電池がテストに失敗した場合の条件下で、防爆圧力開放装置や防火装置などの機能が追加されます。

動作原理
可変周波数ポンプは、循環油圧圧力と流量を調整することができ、5%から100%の総範囲の高精度制御を実現します。
（循環流体の出力圧力と流量を操作パネルで設定できます。お客様の様々な配管条件下でも、バイパス配管の調整をすることなく、設定された出力圧力を可変周波数ポンプが自動制御します。これにより、ポンプの消費電力を低減することができます。）
冷凍装置は主に冷凍コンプレッサー、凝縮器、油分離器、中間熱交換器、箱の内部循環ファン、乾燥フィルター、凝縮器、蒸化器、スロットル機構、膨張タンク、電気制御、等を含んでいる。
ユニットの蒸発器内の液体冷媒は、ボックス内の循環空気と交換する。温度が上昇し、液体から気体に変化する。コンプレッサーの吸込口に吸い込まれる。コンプレッサーで圧縮された高温高圧の冷媒ガスは、まずオイルセパレーターを通り、圧縮過程で運ばれた冷凍機油を分離し、コンデンサーに入る。周囲の空気や冷却水と熱交換した後、高温高圧のガスから高圧常温の液体に変化する。高圧・常温の冷媒液はドライフィルターを通過した後、膨張弁で絞り減圧され、高圧液から低圧液に変化する。低圧の液体（沸点が低い）はユニットの蒸発器に入り、冷却エネルギーは循環する空気を通して箱の内部にもたらされ、冷凍を達成する。
