Its outlet water temperature is generally below &#8211; 10 <\/span>\u2103<span>, and the specific temperature requirements shall be subject to the<br \/>\nneeds of users. Glycol chillers are common in chemical plants. In order to<br \/>\nensure the safe and stable operation of equipment, many chemical plants will<br \/>\nstrictly require water chillers to take explosion-proof measures, that is, what<br \/>\nwe often call explosion-proof water chillers.<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tw.lneya.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/1-14.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent:21.0pt;\">\n\t<span>The structural composition of the water chiller is roughly the same,<br \/>\nwhich is composed of compressor, evaporator, condenser, throttling element and<br \/>\nelectric control system. However, the glycol chiller adopts low-temperature<br \/>\ncompressor and is equipped with economic separator and other components, which<br \/>\nare still different.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent:21.0pt;\">\n\t<span>1<\/span>\u3001<span>In order to keep the<br \/>\npressure in the evaporator low enough to ensure that the refrigerant evaporates<br \/>\nat a sufficiently low boiling temperature, a compressor is used to extract the<br \/>\nevaporated refrigerant gas, that is, the refrigerant steam with low temperature<br \/>\nand low pressure is compressed into a refrigerant gas with high temperature and<br \/>\nhigh pressure. When the suction speed of the compressor is greater than the<br \/>\nevaporation speed of the refrigerant, the evaporation pressure and evaporation<br \/>\ntemperature will decrease. Conversely, the suction speed of the compressor is<br \/>\nless than that of the refrigerant, and the evaporation temperature and pressure<br \/>\nwill rise accordingly.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent:21.0pt;\">\n\t<span>2<\/span>\u3001<span> High temperature and<br \/>\nhigh pressure refrigerant is condensed into liquid in the condenser. In the<br \/>\ncondenser, the refrigerant releases heat to air or water lower than its<br \/>\ntemperature. This part of heat includes the heat absorbed when the refrigerant<br \/>\nevaporates in the evaporator and the heat converted when the compressor<br \/>\ncompresses. Special attention: the temperature of air or water must be lower<br \/>\nthan that of refrigerant, otherwise the refrigerant cannot release heat, that<br \/>\nis, the temperature of cooling medium (cooling tower water or air) must be lower<br \/>\nthan that of refrigerant gas at the outlet of compressor.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent:21.0pt;\">\n\t<span>3<\/span>\u3001<span>Through the restrictor,<br \/>\nthe pressure of the refrigerant drops from the condensation pressure to the<br \/>\nevaporation pressure. The liquid from the condenser is stored in the liquid<br \/>\nreservoir. At this time, the refrigerant is in the state of normal temperature<br \/>\nand high pressure. After passing through the expansion valve, the boiling point<br \/>\ndecreases due to the decrease of pressure.
