La plus grande innovation de Vacc dans les tests thermiques est la série de mandrins à contrôle thermique, principalement utilisés pour les tests de performance, la modélisation, le développement de processus, l’analyse des défauts de conception ou des pannes de CI des plaquettes semi-conductrices. Ils permettent des changements rapides de température et un contrôle précis de celle-ci. Le système dispose de son propre réfrigérateur, ce qui évite la consommation d’azote liquide, de dioxyde de carbone, etc., et chaque système comprend un mandrin et une unité de contrôle thermique chaud/froid.

The inside of the plate adopts the direct evaporation method of refrigerant, which greatly improves the heat exchange efficiency and the heat exchange power per unit area of the plate compared with the liquid cooling method.
