Refrigerant is an essential substance to make the chiller have refrigeration effect, which has great potential safety hazards in the use process. Refrigerant, also called refrigerant, refrigerant carrier and snow seed, is used in different equipment in different ways, and the composition of the refrigerant is different. Refrigerant in industrial products is explosive and has potential explosion hazard, so special attention shall be paid to storage.
In addition, it is recommended not to fill the refrigerant bottle too full, otherwise it is prone to danger. The temperature is particularly high in summer, so you should choose a cool place when placing it, and do not expose it to the sun for a long time, otherwise the pressure in the cylinder will increase. According to the principle of thermal expansion and cold contraction, the weight of refrigerant injected into the cylinder must be controlled well. Generally, it should not exceed 60% of the cylinder volume, so that even if the temperature rises, there will be expansion space for the cylinder. In addition to sunlight, avoid contact with fire sources and keep a certain distance from flammable materials.
The user must carry out necessary acceptance tests on the chiller according to the principles of pre sealing test, post vacuum test, sub item test, and post machine test. In the vacuum test, the vacuum pump cannot be replaced by the compressor of the chiller itself to avoid damaging the compressor. In addition to the technical performance of the water cooler, attention should also be paid to keeping the unit clean, tidy in appearance and the work site clean. The operation site shall be cleaned, replaced parts and garbage shall be removed, and tools and accessories shall be cleaned finally. Tools or accessories shall not be left in the chiller or the work site.
If the chiller fails due to the operator’s fault, the maintenance personnel shall immediately notify the operator to eliminate or repair the fault. Later, the test run inspection of the chiller will be carried out, and the operation methods suitable for the characteristics of the chiller will be discussed together to change the bad operation habits and avoid the recurrence of similar accidents.
