After the heating and cooling circulator has been running for a long time, certain maintenance work needs to be carried out, so what should be paid attention to?
To ensure the normal operation of the heating and cooling circulator after it is started, it must be ensured that the condenser has good heat dissipation, otherwise the heating and cooling circulator group’s high-pressure protection device will act and stop due to the excessively high condensation temperature and corresponding condensation pressure, or even cause failure. The cold water in the evaporator should circulate, otherwise it will stop because the cold water temperature is too low, causing the cold water temperature protection device to act, or because the evaporation temperature and the corresponding evaporation pressure are too low, the low pressure protection device of the heating and cooling circulator acts and it stops. It even causes the cold water in the evaporator to freeze and damage the equipment.

In order to ensure the good performance of the heating and cooling circulator, please keep the chiller in a good environment with good ventilation and low temperature. Turn off the compressor first, then turn off the cooling fan. When heating and cooling the circulator every 6 months or when the performance of the chiller declines, please clean the condenser and check that the operating valve is in a normal state. The better working pressure of the condenser of the heating and cooling circulator should be lower than 1.5MPa. Frequent inspection and cleaning of the condenser can keep the performance of the machine. For air-cooled machines, please ensure that the machine is well ventilated and maintain the condenser regularly. If it is not used for a long time, sometimes the pump impeller will be blocked by sediment, so turn the pump cooling fan by hand before using the machine.
During the operation of the heating and cooling circulator unit, the parameters should be recorded in a timely and correct manner. If the heating and cooling circulator unit is in operation, if there is an alarm and shutdown, the relevant personnel should be notified in time to inspect the unit. If the fault cannot be eliminated, you can directly contact the manufacturer. It is strictly forbidden to short-circuit the water flow switch during the operation of the heating and cooling circulator unit to avoid freezing and breaking the water pipe. The heating and cooling circulator room should be equipped with corresponding safety equipment and maintenance and testing tools, such as pressure gauges, thermometers, etc., and the tools should be stored in a fixed place. Location. After the heating and cooling circulator unit is shut down, do not turn off the main power supply. If the unit is in a long-term shutdown state, all the accumulated water in the wind part of the chilled water system should be drained to prevent rust. The end cap of the water chamber should be sealed. When the heating and cooling circulator unit is shut down for a long time, maintenance work should be done.
It is recommended that the heating and cooling circulator be replaced every four years or when the quality of the lubricating oil deteriorates, impurities and moisture in the oil increase, and the condenser should be cleaned at least once a year. It is recommended to clean it once a year before use and once in a hot summer.
