Low temperature cycle equipment should be used when the medium is used. When the working temperature of the medium in the equipment is relatively low, an aqueous solution of ethylene glycol or absolute ethanol is generally used. When the working temperature is 5 ° C to 80 ° C, deionized water is generally used. When the operating temperature of the low temperature cycle equipment is 80 ° C to 98 ° C, a 15% glycerin aqueous solution is generally used.
Low-temperature cycle equipment uses working power: 220V/50Hz, the power supply should be greater than the total power of the instrument, the power supply must have a good “grounding” device, use liquid medium in the low-temperature cycle equipment, the liquid level of the medium should be lower than the working table 30mm, Otherwise, the heater will be damaged when the power is turned on. When the temperature is higher than room temperature, please turn off the cooling, and the temperature inside the device can be completely controlled. Do not use ethanol when the temperature of the low-temperature cycle equipment is higher than 30 °C, so as to avoid danger. The low-temperature circulation equipment should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, and there is no obstacle in the 300mm around the instrument. When the working temperature of the equipment is high, care should be taken not to open the upper cover, and do not enter the tank to prevent burns. After use, all the switches are turned off, the power is cut off; the cleaning work is done, and the work surface and the operation panel are kept clean.
